DESCRIPTION:DATE: July 1–15\, 2027 (Daily mobile outreach for 2 weeks)\nTIME: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (per location)\nLOCATIONS: Dodoma\, Singida\, Iringa\, Mtwara (Tanzania); Kisumu\, Eldoret (Kenya). \n  \nDESCRIPTION:\nA 2-week road trip reaching out to rural communities\, scouting sports talent\, delivering workshops\, and giving out gear. \n  \nOUR CAUSES: Discover overlooked young athletes and bring them into the program. \n  \nOUR GOAL:\nThe Talent Caravan is a critical mission to scout hidden sports talent in underserved communities. This two-week event brings training clinics\, mentorship\, and gear to the grassroots. Each stop requires funding for transportation\, sports kits\, medical staff\, volunteers\, and awareness campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for donors to “adopt-a-location” or sponsor a mobile gear van. It strengthens our regional reach and creates brand awareness for partners through community banners and event co-branding. The long-term goal is to register 200+ new children and offer 50 scholarships into our annual programs.

It’s designed to empower over 100 underprivileged children through sports and leadership training. The camp requires funding for accommodation\, meals\, gear\, medical support\, guest mentors\, and workshop facilitators. Donors and sponsors can fund full or partial scholarships per child\, sponsor sessions\, or donate in-kind (e.g.\, food\, kits\, medical supplies). We also aim to invite media and donors to witness the impact firsthand. It’s a great way for sponsors to invest directly in a child’s life-changing experience. Every contribution creates real impact.

By inviting local businesses\, sponsors\, and sports lovers to support\, we raise funds for year-round coaching programs and equipment distribution. The event will attract media coverage\, increasing visibility for the NGO’s mission. Corporate booths\, donor walls\, and branded courts offer value for sponsors. Guest appearances by well-known athletes will draw crowds and raise community morale. With your support\, this event helps open doors for children to national sports academies and sponsorships. All proceeds go directly into our grassroots sports development fund.
